Zip360 SA Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions. By participating, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Enrolment in the Program

THIS AFFILIATE PROGRAM MUST ONLY BE MARKETED TO PEOPLE WITHIN THE AFRICAN CONTINENT.

IF A PERSON OUTSIDE THIS JURISTICTION CLICKS ON YOUR LINK, THEY WILL BE RE-DIRECTED TO THE GLOBAL PRICING PAGE AND YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE COMMISSION IF THEY JOIN THERE.

Zip360 reserves the right to accept or reject any application at its sole discretion.

2. Responsibilities of Affiliates

Promote Zip360'S services using only approved materials provided through your affiliate dashboard.

Affiliates must:

Avoid misleading, unethical, or fraudulent practices. Accurately represent Zip360 offerings.

Affiliates are prohibited from: Bidding on branded keywords or using misleading domain names. Using Zip360's name, branding, and media only for advertising, and using the media provided only. No changes to Logo is allowed.

3. Commissions and Payments

Affiliates earn recurring commissions for successful referrals through their unique affiliate links, based on active subscriptions only.

Commissions are calculated on the net ACTIVE subscription fee, excluding taxes, refunds, and discounts.

Payments are issued on the 5th of every month via EFT.

4. Payment Terms

Affiliates must provide accurate payment details. Zip360 is not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect information.

Affiliates are responsible for complying with local tax laws and reporting their own earnings.

5. Intellectual Property Use

Affiliates may use Zip360 approved branding and marketing assets solely to promote the affiliate program.

Unauthorized use or modification of Zip360's intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

6. Compliance with Policies

Affiliates must comply with all Zip360 guidelines, including ethical advertising standards.

Affiliates are responsible for adhering to laws governing affiliate marketing in their region, including disclosing their affiliate status where required.

7. Termination

Zip360 reserves the right to terminate an affiliate account for: Breaching these terms. Misrepresentation or unethical conduct.

Upon termination, commissions for subsequent subscriptions will no longer be credited.

8. Modification of Terms

Zip360 reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or the affiliate dashboard.

Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.  

9. Limitation of Liability

Zip360 is not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages resulting from participation in the program.

No guarantees are made regarding the affiliate program or associated earnings.
